Exchange and Return Policy

At Prime Skates, we are committed to delivering high-performance speed skating equipment. Due to the technical and safety-sensitive nature of our products, exchanges and returns are subject to strict quality guidelines.

Eligibility for Exchange or Return

A product is eligible for exchange or return only if:

  • The request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unmounted, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, manuals, and original materials are intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided.
  • The product shows no signs of installation, heat molding, wheel mounting, or modification.

All products are subject to inspection before approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Used or installed products.
  • Heat-molded boots or customized items.
  • Clearance, discounted, or final sale products.
  • Special-order or personalized items.
  • Products damaged due to incorrect sizing selection after use.
  • Normal wear and tear.

Prime Skates reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet our conditions.

Size / Model Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days.
  • Customers are responsible for return and reshipping charges.
  • Replacement will be processed only after inspection approval.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product qualifies under our Return Policy.
  • The item passes inspection.

Refund Terms

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
  • If payment was made via COD, refund will be processed via bank transfer.

Prime Skates reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet eligibility criteria.
